Executive Leadership
Under the dynamic leadership of our Founder and CEO of Kyodai Business Group India- Kyodai Technologies India, Kyodai Academy was established in 2023 in Saalbari, Siliguri (Darjeeling District). With a legacy of nearly three decades in international workforce development, cross-border entrepreneurship, and cultural exchange, Mr. Lama together with Mr. Ramesh Pradhan- Executive Director envisioned an academy that goes beyond the classroom—a platform where dreams are nurtured with purpose, patience, and precision.
Our Faculty & Trainers
Our team comprises certified Japanese language instructors, native-level speakers, and industry-experienced trainers who bring a rich blend of academic excellence and real-world insights. From N5 to N1 Japanese language levels, technical skills, and soft skills training, our instructors provide mentorship with empathy, discipline, and dedication.
