SSW Visa Process
✅ Step 1 – Post Language Training
● Complete Japanese Language Skill Training and obtain JLPT N4.
● Prepare a CV in Japanese format (Rirekisho) and English version.
● Ensure a valid passport with at least 2 years validity.
● Collect language and skills certificates (JLPT/JFT, Skill Test).
✅ Step 2 – Document Submission
● Submit all required documents to our admissions/placement department.
● Verify documents with Kyodai Academy’s placement team.
● Coordinate with our partner recruiting company for interviews.
● Receive feedback or additional requirements (if any).
✅ Step 3 – Interview Coordination
● Arrange interviews with Japanese companies and candidates.
● Provide pre-interview orientation and cultural training.
● Support communication with interpreters if needed.
● Share interview results and guide next steps.
✅ Step 4 – Job Offer & Contract
● Receive a formal job contract letter upon passing the interview.
● Review contract terms with counsellor guidance.
● Sign the contract to confirm employment.
● Attend pre-departure briefing on job role and expectations.
✅ Step 5 – Certificate of Eligibility (COE)
● Apply for COE through the Japanese accepting company.
● Submit supporting documents for immigration.
● Wait 3–6 months for COE processing.
● Get regular status updates from Kyodai Academy.

● Apply for a work visa at the Japanese Embassy/Consulate with COE.
● Prepare all required documents (COE, passport, application form).
